ORDER PROCESSING

We prepare and dispatch orders Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

The delivery estimates below begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

UNITED STATES

Enjoy free standard delivery on U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$50 or more after discounts, before taxes. Select Free delivery at checkout.

For orders below US$50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package details.

Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to military addresses, territories, and remote locations may take longer.

CANADA

Shipping: $14.55 USD per order.

Estimated delivery: 7–11 business days after dispatch.

Canadian orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We take care of import duties, so you will not need to pay duties when your package arrives. Any applicable taxes charged with your order will be shown at checkout; no additional import duties or import taxes are due on delivery.

All shipping rates listed here are in U.S. dollars. If you shop in another supported currency, checkout will display the converted amount.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, and customs processing can occasionally cause delays. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
